SPIT 'N' INK
On Saturday, May 16, starting at 12 p.m., we're hosting SPIT ‘n’ INK at Canal Club.

SPIT ‘n’ INK is an afternoon-long festival offering an impressive smattering of activities –a culmination of some of our favorite things. There will be live music, tattooing, fine art and deep tissue massage. There will also be a huge raffle to help benefit the Faison School for Autism.

The Faison School for Autism is a non-profit, dedicated to providing resources for children with autism spectrum disorders (ASDs). At least 1 in 150 children are affected with some form of autism. Through their three-pronged approach of evidence-based treatment, research, and community education, The Faison School serves as a learning center where the most effective autism therapies are used, taught, and shared.

SHAMROCK THE BLOCK
How are you going to celebrate St. Patrick's Day this year? Eat your weight in corned beef and cabbage? Crash a riverdance performance? Wear the holiday socks your mom bought you from Walgreens? Why not try this on for size- SHAMROCK THE BLOCK 2009.

This Saturday Three One One productions is going to be putting on Richmond's first major outdoor festival of the year, SHAMROCK THE BLOCK. There will be live music, plenty of food and frosty beverages as well as tons of vendors to throw money at. Ceramic kittie anyone?

Brookland Park Tattoo will be signing up people for our mailing list and giving away special white and kelly green shirts. Come find us!

SHAMROCK THE BLOCK is taking place 12-6pm in the Shockoe Bottom neighborhood of Richmond.

EXCEPTIONAL KIDS SHOW
Brookland Park Tattoo will be rocking out at Toad's Place this Thursday, March 5th, in support of the non-profit Equal Justice America. EJA is hosting it's first benefit concert to help special needs and at-risk children.

Brookland Park Tattoo will be there selling merch. Come hang out with us and donate a few bucks for those in need.

HOT CARS & FRESH INK
Brookland Park Tattoo will be mingling with gearheads and general car enthusiasts alike this Friday February 13th through 15th at the Asphalt Angel's "47th annual Rods & Customs show," taking place at the Showplace Exhibition Center in Mechanicsville, Va.

BPT will be there, all three days, selling shop swag and tattooing anyone brave enough to get a tattoo on the spot.

Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children 6-12 and free for children 5 or under.

BENEFIT SHOW
Brookland Park Tattoo has donated items to the OUT O' THE BLUE STAGE REVUE BENEFIT SHOW taking place at Canal Club next Sunday, February 15.

A variety of local businesses and bands will be there trying to raise money for the Central Virginia Food Bank, Positive Vibe Cafe, Richmond Jazz Society "Eric E" Musicians Relief Fund as well as several other notable causes.

The gross receipts, not net, will be donated to each of the various charities. This truly is a unique opportunity to give back to the Richmond community.

HEART OF WINTER FEST
Brookland Park Tattoo will be representin' at the first annual HEART OF WINTER FEST, this Thursday, December 18, through Saturday, December 21. A slew of both local and out-of-state metal bands will be playing three shows at the Richmond hot-spots: Nara Japan, Alley Katz and Rocks.

Come support the Richmond music scene, grab some free Brookland Park Tattoo stuff and help spread the word about the shop!
